It is our understanding the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division requires a 100 foot set-back from the highway right-of-way (r/w), and <br />reclamation took place within 80 feet of the the r/w. The area in question is <br />located west of S.H. 69 at approximately milepost 3.35.
