Enclosed is a request to extend the abatement times for the
above-mentioned violations until weather permits. Some of the
abatement steps have been performed but weather and muddy
conditions in the pond have prevented other abatemeet steps. No
definite abatement time is requested, however, we will perform
the work as soon as good weatehr conditions allow. Please send a
confirmation of the extension.
