I was informed by Mr. Laux: that as
long as the material is inert, and importing began before:
November 4, 1992, they may continue without a CD or require
review by the CDH.
Since the CDH is not going to require review of the proposal or
make a recommendation on approval or denial of the CD to the
County Commissioners, the Larimer County Department of Health and
Environment will not require further information on the matter.
Please be advised, a CD is not required by Larimer County
regarding any of Western Mobile sites, in Larimer County, as long
as they began receiving inert material prior to the November 4,
1992.
Should you have any further questions regarding this matter,
please feel free to contact me at 498-6790.
S~C re ,
Rich Grossmann
Solid & Hazardous Waste Program
cc: J.:B1ehm, LCHD
P.
