CLC does intend to complete this program
as previously described.
At this time CLC requests to permit seven additional drill holes to the
previously requested fourteen. The locations of these additional seven holes
have been added to the map and tables that were submitted on February 9.
These revised figures: Map 1, Table 1, and Table 2 accompany this
correspondence.
CLC still believes that with the additional seven drill holes that the
existing bonds referenced in our 2/9/98 correspondence are sufficient for this
modification.
It is the intent of CLC to submit archaeological and Colorado Division of
Wildlife clearances as well as surface access clearances to the CDMG during
the first week of May. We request that modification approval be issued as
shortly afterward as possible, as we intend to begin activities during the
third week of May.
CLC understands that all conditions and stipulations as identified in NOI #96-
219-01 and FECL # COC 59432 will be applied to this modification.
We very much appreciate the assistance that the Division o£ Minerals and
Geology has provided in this project. Thank you for your continued efforts
and please call with any questions or concerns on time frames.
Sincerely,
~~~v/~ 7~1~r-
Richard Tifft
Project Geologist
Attachments:
Map 1, February 1998, Modification, revised-4/3/98
Table 1, Drilling Locations, revised-4/3/1998
Table 2, Drill Location Ownership 6 Access, revised-4/3/1998
