Appendix B references COME, an <br />acronym for Committee on Mining and Environment. <br />Please note that in a recent meeting with Franklin Consolidated, Inc., <br />the Division was informed that the list of authorized representatives <br />for that company would be changed to John Miner and another person such <br />as Richard Brannon or Tom Lewsader. The Division has not received that <br />letter. <br />This is to inform you that the list of authorized representatives for <br />Colina Oro Molino currently includes Curtis Bernhardt, Earl Madsen and <br />John Miner. In the future, the Division will copy only those three <br />individuals previously designated by the company. If Mr. Brannon or <br />Mr. Lewsader wishes to be included on the correspondence list, the <br />Division will first need to receive a letter from Curtis Bernhardt or <br />another officer of the company, designating them as authorized <br />representatives.
