<br />1. All required advance notice of the public hearing was provided by the Division in accordance with the <br />Board's regulations; <br />2. Notice of Violation C-93-100 identified the appropriate violations and regulatory citations for the <br />problems found, and, as such, was appropriately issued by the Division: <br />3.
