I authorize <br />this activity under environmental documentation contained in the attached Decision Memo <br />signed July 6, 2001. I gave Mountain Coal Company verbal authorization to prepaze the pad at <br />SOM-124 on July 6, 2001. This authorization is conditioned on compliance with lease <br />stipulations on federal coal ]eases C-1362 and CDC-56447, included with the Decision Memo as <br />Attachment A, and on specific Conditions of Approval included as Attachment B. <br />Thank you for your continued coordination with us on this drilling program.
