60. Response Not Accepted. Until item 60 is resolved, it will remain
outstanding. Please either address this issue or submit a letter
removing this item from consideration within this revision. Please
note that if any changes to sealing methods already contained within
the approved PAP or any well transfers or modifications are being
considered, those changes are outside the scope of a Minor Revision.
62. Response Accepted. Page 4.11-1 revised.
63. Response Partially Accepted. Page 4.11-1 revised. The additional text
submitted by CCC is good. The Division is, however, also looking for a
specific location(s) where demolition debris is currently being placed
and where CCC is proposing to place the demolition debris. This
includes updating the permit text in section 4.11.4 and page 4.11-1 as
well as any maps showing the location of the demolition debris. The
requirement specifying the location(s) of buried materials is contained
in the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment,
Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division's "Regulations
Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities". The URL is:
www.cdphe.state.co.us/op/regs/solidwaste/100702disposalsites&faciliti
es.pdf
64. Response Accepted. Page 4.11-1 revised. Please refer to item 63 above
regarding more specific requirements for on-site waste and demolition
debris disposal.
65. Response Accepted.
This concludes the adequacy review for CCC's Minor Revision 74. As stated in CCC's
submittal, items 44, 45, 47, 49, 50, 52, 54, 55, 57 and 61 (and possibly items 30, 41 and
60, depending on CCC's decision regarding these items) remain outstanding and will
require the submittal of a Technical Revision to resolve. Please contact me at (303) 866-
4929 if you have any questions or concerns regazding this adequacy letter.
Sincerely,
James R. Stazk
Environmental Protection Specialist
