The Division has the following <br />adequacy questions. Please respond as soon as possible so the Division can issue a <br />decision within the 10-day statutory time limit. The numbering of this letter follows that <br />of the Division's 5 May 2005 Midterm Review and CCC's responses contained in Minor <br />Revision 74. <br />2. Response Accepted.
