LIST OF STIPULATIONS One new stipulation has been attached to the approval of this permit for the upcoming five-year term. One stipulation has been carried over from the previous permit term. The following is a list of stipulations and their status. The numbering used in this findings document is the numbering used in the Division's computer database. Numbers are assigned sequentially, and not used again after stipulation termination. The following stipulation is carried over from a previous term: Stipulation No. 02: THE PERMITI'EE IS REQUI1ED TO SUBMTI' TO THE DNISION A YEARLY REPORT ON THE PROGRESS OF ALL HYDROLOGIC MONITORING WHICH INCLUDES ALL DATA COLLECTED FOR THAT YEAR AND A DISCUSSION ON ANY CONCLUSIONS WHICH CAN BE DRAWN FROM THE DATA. Kerr Coal Company is in compliance with this stipulation. KCC has submitted yearly Annual Hydrology Reports to the Division as required by this stipulation. The latest AHR received by the Division, as required by this stipulation, was for the monitoring yeaz 2000, received 12 January 2001. The following stipulation was added as a result of (this) Permit Renewal 04 (and the resulting Technical Revision 20) and is due on 30 November 2001.: Stipulation No. 22: THE OPERATOR IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE INVENTORY OF ALL WELLS WITHIN THE PERMTT BOUNDARY INCLUDING: A. WELL LOG AND COMPLETION INFORMATION INCLUDING BOREHOLE DIAMETER, CASING TYPE, WELL DEPTH, GRAVEL PACK AND GROUT INTERVALS; B. GROUND CONDTI'IONS INCLUDING ACCESS TO WELLS; C. WATER LEVEL MEASUREMENTS; D. DEPTH OF EACH WELL, CONDITION OF BOREHOLE/CASING AND AMOUNT OF SEDIIvIENT IN EACH WELL; AND E. A SUMMARY OF HOW AND WHEN EACH WELL WILL BE SEALED. The following stipulation was added as a result of (this) Permit Renewal 04 and a subsequent letter from The Bureau of Land Management dated 10 December 2001. This stipulation is due on 31 May 2002.
