Defendants, Nottingham Sand and Gravel Company and William
E. Nottingham, Jr. , for an extension of time within which
to file a Memorandum Brief in support of their Motion to
Dismiss or in the Alternative For Summary Judgment, and
the Court being fully advised of all matters relevant
to the Motion hereby orders that Defendants, Nottingham
Sand and Gravel Company and William E. Nottingham, Jr. ,
shall have through and until April 24, 1979 , within which
to file their Memorandum Brief and supporting affidavits.
