As an alternative, we may plant
perennials this October and apply native hay mulch. Revegetation
proceedures are presented in detail in Section 780-18 of the
permit.
Please note that soft ground conditions in the area may
preclude use of revegetation equipment on the area. In this event,
seed will be broadcasted and raked in by hand.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please
contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
David R.
