The amount of total disturbance outside the permitted
area is .49 acres. This is calculated by taking the
length of the road (1651.2) times the width of the road
(12') which equals 19814.4 square feet or .45 acres plus
1600 square feet (.04 acres) for the pit in the river.
2. The owner of Snowstorm Placer permitted area also owns
the land over which the pipeline has been laid.
3. See preciously submitted revised mining plan.
4. The Department of Highways District one engineer, Mr.
Phil McOllough has by letter and verbal extension granted
Zigan temporary permission to use the culvert for a
passageway for the water pipe.
