It is very difficult for
the public, particularly in the Paonia-Hotchkiss area to consider these
actions when the only copies of the documents are in Denver and Delta.
Furthezmore, the disorganization of documents at the Delta County
Courthouse vault makes is an almost impossible task; eg, PR-3 documents
could not be located last week. I strongly urge that OMG make all mine
docwnertts, including mine plans for all North Fork valley mines,
available in an orderly fashion at the Paonia Town Hall or the Paonia
Public Library.
Finally, I request an informal conference on the proposed permit
revisions, PR-2 and PR-3, so that issues and questions may be clazified
and the public allowed to further con¢nent on them.
Thank you for your consideration of these comments.
Sincerely,
Robin Nicholoff
PYga 1 0/ 1
