Our initial review <br />indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et sea., have been submitted; thus <br />your technical revision application has been~emed complete for the purposes <br />of filing on the above date. All review and comment periods as provided in <br />the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of <br />filing. <br />A copy of the technical revision application, less any confidential <br />information, must be filed for public inspection with the Routt County <br />Planner's Office, Any subsequent changes or additions must also be made in <br />this copy. <br />Unless notification to the contrary accompanies this letter, the proposed <br />newspaper advertisement submitted with the application has been found to be <br />satisfactory, You should commence Dublication of this advertisement as <br />specified in Rule 2.07,3,(2) of the Regulations.
