The permit for the <br />Bowie No. 1 Mine, Pernut No. C-81-038, is due to expire on Apri120, 2003. Rule 2.08.5(2)(a) <br />requires that the operator submit a complete application for the renewal of the pemut within 180 <br />days of the permit expiration date. Therefore, the due date for the submittal of a complete permit <br />renewal application is October 22, 2002. <br />The minimum requirements for a complete permit renewal application aze listed under Rule <br />2.08.5(2)(b).
