The operator hereby waives the 60-day <br />decision time for the bond release request in order to allow review and consideration of <br />the conversion application for M-1985-099. Location of the 23.7 acres reduction is in <br />that portion of the S '/z of the NE '/< of Section 22, Township 06 North, and Range 70 <br />West of the 60' Principal Meridian, lying west of Lorimer County Road 27. <br />Reasons for the reouest sre: <br />1. The property has been sold to the owners of Carter Lake Enterprises, Inc. <br />2. Carter Lake Enterprises, Inc..has submitted an application for conversion a 110 <br />permit to a 112 permit to include the 23.7 acres parcel. <br />3.
