(Kiowa Project <br />No. 90.05.12) <br />Dear Ms. Hyde: <br />Kiowa Engineering has completed the review of the technical <br />documents and a field review with respect to the above referenced <br />property. The scope of our work was summarized in our F~roposal <br />of April 13, 1990,. and focused on determining the impact of the <br />proposed drainage facilities related to the Synder Quarry <br />Corrective Action Plan (CAP) upon the Cedar Heights property. <br />Specific reference is made to the Obeying, Wurth & Associates, <br />Inc. report prepared for the Castle Concrete Company and the <br />April 4, 1990 memorandum prepared by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division. The options described in these two documents have been <br />reviewed for their relative impacts upon the Cedar Heights <br />property. <br />Field Review Results <br />Currently, there are no drainage <br />flows originating from the HR-6 basin <br />road or under Cedar Heights Drive.
