The property is located behveen the residential addresses of 677 1800 RD. <br />and 651 1800 RD. This location is approximately 2 '/z miles east of Delta Colorado on <br />County Road 1800, approximately %z to'/< mile south of highway 92. <br />Part of the mining area was stripped of overburden, which was then spread out in the <br />field area between the area being mined and the county road Pit run-type material has <br />been witnessed being hauled out and deiivered to a building project next door to the Delta <br />County Memorial Hospital, as well as the extension project of the Fax Hollow <br />Subdivision. This material was and is currently being transported by 10-yazd dump truck <br />and 20-yard bottom dump truck As of March 13, 2006, there is a loader, dozer, earth <br />scraper and service truck tocated on the property. <br />The mining of the property is being conducted by DIRT MERCHANT <br />CONSTRUCTION which is owned or operated by Leroy andlor Brian Wells, whose <br />addresses are both at 638 1800 RD, Delta, CO.
