The letter agreement clearly grants Honevwood Coal Company right of entry
to the disturbed azea on the Bray property in the E%: of section 33. The letter agreement should be
inserted into Volume 1, Exhibit 1, Leases. Page 2.03-9 was revised to explain the pro-rata termination
of the Bray coal lease during April 1997.
3. Enclosed is Map 135-B which shows the disturbed area and the revised permit boundary associated
with the Bray Property in legally describable sections. Additionally, the permit boundary was removed
from section 28 since there was no disturbance in this area. Enclosed is a revised table of contents for
Volume II, page iii.
