Crosby Environmental Protection Specialist ~ ~~ ta/ ~ ,jC <br />RE: Colorado Marble, L.L.C., Lily Mines, Permit No. M-1987-028 <br />Please be advised that on January 12, 2006, Colorado Marble, L.L.C., whose address and telephone number are 229 <br />Industrial Park Rd NE, Cartersville, GA 30121; (770) 607-3345, filed an application to convert M-1987-028, Lily Mines, <br />a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Perntit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining <br />and reclamafion operation is located at or near Section 22, Township SON, Range 6E, 10th Prime Meridian, in Chaffee <br />County. The application decision is scheduled for April 12, 2006. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Chaffee County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the <br />applicant for the newspaper publication date.
