The steel structure, metal-
sided building will approximately 130 feet in length, 30 feet in width, 16.5 feet in height in the
front, and 13 feet in height in the back (totaling approximately 55,575 cubic feet). The floor will
be an eight-inch thick reinforced concrete slab (130' x 30') with 14 spread footers (approximately
1' x 1' x 3' deep, to a one foot thick 4' x 4' base). An eight-inch thick, ten-foot wide, reinforced
concrete apron will be constructed across the entire length of the building front. Seven roll-up
doors will provide entry to the enclosed storage building.
MCC would appreciate the Division's assistance in estimating a reasonable reclamation bond for
the demolition of the building at the time of final reclamation of the mine site. Should you require
further information for this task, please contact me as soon as possible.
Please contact me should you have questions.
Sincerely,
~CI~F'Pil ~/-~ ~ G(r~(-~
Kathleen G.
