As you may
recall, the CDMG requested MCC submit a map to indicate the location of the new disturbance and
Panel 17 in relation to the permit azea.
The attached map shows the proposed location of the road, pad and wells. Depicted on the map is the
projected subsidence at a conservative 15° angle-of--draw. The line was drawn considering the
overburden depths at the edges of the longwall panels. The depicted projected subsidence is we12
within the permit area boundary. Also attached is a letter from Rich Dunrud P.E., that explains why
the 15°angle-of--draw was used to depict projected subsidence in this area.
Please notify me if you have questions regazding this adequacy response.
Sin {,t,~
enry A. be
Environmental Engineer
Enclosures: Map 1"- 600' Panels 16-24 Methane Drainage, T.135., R.90W., 6th PM; Letter from
C.Richazd Dtrn1-ud
cc: P.
