• RESPONSE• <br />A prime farmland investigation of the proposed permit area and adjacent <br />• area revealed no prime farmland. Reference was made to the publication <br />"Important Farmlands Inventory of Colorado", USDA, Soil Conservation <br />Service, Denver, Colorado, October 1982. It stated that within Routt <br />Cournty, there is no prime farmland, unique farmland, high potential <br />farmlarrl, Or lands that could become prime farmland even if they were to <br />be irrigated. Zhe local office of the Soil Conservation Service confirmed <br />these findings in a letter dated cPT rn++hor 24, 1984. A Dopy of this <br />letter may be fourri in Exhibit 24, Soil Conservation Service Letter. <br />Based upon these findings, ZLC requests a negative determination for prime <br />farml arr3 , <br />2.04.13 Anaunl Recla®ation Report <br />(1) By February 15, or other such date as agreed on, each permittee shall <br />file an annual reclamation report covering the previous calendar year for all <br />areas under bond. Zhe report shall include, but not be limited to, text, <br />• discussion aryl maps which address: <br />(a) 'Ihe name and address of the permittee aryl permit number; <br />(b) location anal number of acres disturbed during that year; <br />(c) Location and ntnnber of acres backfilled aryl graded during that <br />Yom': <br />(d) Location and number acres topsoiled during that year; <br />(e) Zhe species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted <br />during that year, including any augmented seeding or cultural practices; and <br />(f) Location, number of acres aryl date of planting for all <br />previously revegetated areas. <br />(2) 4Yne permittee may provide additional monitoring information as <br />r~ ' ed by the approved permit. <br />RESPONSE: <br />TOC will sulmit the required Annual reclamation Report to the Division by <br />• March 15 of each year in accordance with Rule 2.04.13. <br />MR 91-55 2.04-108 Revised 02/20/91 <br />
