<br />EXHIBIT E <br />(a) The type of reclamation will be to use the existing top soil for revegetation of the <br />property with seeding as deemed necessary. See also EXHIBIT E attachments from the <br />Soil Conservation Service for a description of the soil chazacteristics, plants and seeding <br />plan. The top soil will be moved and spread with a front end loader, <br />(b) The property is zoned A-1 Agricultural and will be reclaimed as such. <br />(c) The land will be reclaimed as shown on EXHIBIT E map. <br />(d) See attached EXHIBIT E Map and attached EXHIBIT E revegetation plan. <br />(e) (i) Each phase of the mining and restoration is estimated to take between 2 and 4 <br />years. <br />(ii) Each phase of the operation is estimated to be approximately 1 to 2 acres for <br />mining and 1 to 2 acres for reclamation. <br />(iii) The sequence of operations will be approximately as shown in the included <br />EXHIBIT E map with sections A thru J being mined in that order. <br />(f) (i} Grades will be a maximum grade of 2% in the bottom of the working area with a <br />maximum slope on the edges of 33.33% as shown on the EXHIBIT E map and also <br />shown on the original survey plat, Exhibits A thru E of the original 1101imited Impact <br />permit. <br />(ii) Existing top soil will be laid on areas where mining has been completed and <br />seeded as deemed necessary. See attached Soil Conservation Service report for seeding <br />and planting recommendations. <br />(iii) See attached Soil Conservation Service report for fertilization recommendations. <br />(iv) See attached Soil Conservation Service report for revegetation recommendations. <br />(v) Topsoiling will be from approximately 6" to 1' deep. <br />
