All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and <br />Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations within the <br />permit boundary of the New Elk Mine, which is approximately 7.2 miles <br />northwest of Weston, Colorado. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br />of Vigil. A copy of the technical revision application is available for <br />public inspection at the Las Animas County Courthouse, First St & Maple <br />Street, Trinidad, CO.
