As we had discussed, the road east of the county bridge
will be used to access the upper area. If a 404 permit is obtained, a
Technical Revision will be submitted at a later date.
3A. Gravel bars will be removed at the confluence area of the two
streams. If a 404 permit is obtained, a Technical Revision will be
submitted at a later date.
3B, Only the gravel bars will be removed.
4. Our records contain no additional information to indicate anything
other than 0.5 ft. of fines are to be replaced. Also, as we had discussed
on the phone, approximately 21.5 acres will require replacement of a growth
medium. This calculates to approximately 17,340 cubic yards. As stated in
the original plan and the amendment, the fines to be used are generated
during washing operations. The wash ponds are later cleaned and the
material stockpiled.
5. The material from the cement wash pond will be transported to the
lower area and reused in producing cement. The measures have already been
implemented to help minimize overbank spillage.
Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan
2. Addressed in Exhibit D above.
4. The location of western-most distributary and the other branches
are dynamic. We cannot predict their distance from the berm upon
completion of operations.
"f) ti„i~r!i Perk L)ri~•r, Jtimument, Culnrtdu ti01iZ „U~~ I}+}i ?'t,')
