Subsequently, jn an attachment to the conversation application, noted <br />as Exhibit S, regazding "Permanent Man-Made Structures,"Las Animas County <br />submitted copies of only the agreements with Andrew Castillo and with San Isabel <br />Electric. San Isabel Electric is an electrical service provider in the Trinidad azea. <br />The agreement's with Mr. Castillo and with San Isabel Electric refer only to Mr.~ .' <br />Castilio's two fences, and a power line that runs east and west, abutting the affected <br />land along its northernmost edge.
