Canany <br />, Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Submittal of Financial Warranty Increase, TR-Ol, Ch ieftain South Mine, M-1981-148 <br />Dear Mr. Meyers: <br />On January 12, 2004, the Division approved TR-Ol which changed the sequence of mining and <br />increased the maximum allowable disturbance within the approved affected area from 52.69 <br />acres to 98.50 acres. In addition, the financial warranty requirement was increased to <br />$315,000.00 (an increase of $216,000.00). To date, Robinson Brick has not provided the <br />$216,000.OO.bond increase. <br />Be reminded that the revision is not fmal until the bond is received and approved by the <br />Division.
