Please be advised that a Formal Public Hearing has been tentatively scheduled before the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board), to address the above-referenced actions pertaining to the
O. C. No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-80-002. The Hearing is tentatively scheduled to occur during
the January 24-25, 1996 Board Hearing. The hearing will occur at 1313 Sherman Street, Room
318, Denver, Colorado, 80203.
The Hearing will address an Order to Show Cause Why Permit No. C-80-002 Should Not Be
Revoked. Possible bond forfeiture, permit revocation and civil penalty assessment amounts
associated with Notice of Violation No. C-95-25 and Cessation Order No. C-95-28 will also be
discussed.
