LOYE: That is very difficult to say. <br />As I pointed out, on the edge, their topsoil has been pushed <br />back; it hasn't been formally staked as a stockpile plant <br />and so on. It's obviously been pushed back in some areas <br />of the pit, left there for ~•rhatever reason. <br />As to being adequate to ttie entire pit, there <br />isn't as much there as I ~,rould like, no. In other words, <br />I think that we are going to have a very thin layer of topsoil <br />to work with on the top because as you saco, the pieces are <br />fairly limited in scope.
