Letter to Seifert Construction <br />Re: Notice of Violation MV--2006-071 <br />January 2, 2007 <br />page 2 <br />IN ORDER TO AVOID POSSIBLE PERMIT REVOCATION AND BOND FORFEITURE, PLEASE <br />SUBMIT $688.00 FOR ANNUAL FEES DUE AND $688.00 FOR CIVIL PENALTIES ASSESSED (FOR A <br />TOTAL OF $1,376.00), BY FEBRUARY 2, 2007. <br />The Boazd Meeting wilt be held on February 14, 2007 (or the following day), in Room 318 of 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:30 a.m, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered, and you will have the <br />opportunity to be represented and heard. <br />Following the hearing, al[parties have an opportunity to review and comment on a draft ofthe Board's order before <br />it is issued. Ifyou wish to do so, you must provide the Board a written request to review the draft order at your <br />hearing. You must include your mailing address and, if possible, a fax number or email address. You will be <br />provided a copy ofthe draft order for your review as soon as it is available. The Board must receive arty comment <br />within five days following your receipt of the draft order, unless that deadline is extended. Submit all comments in <br />writing to Tyson Powell, Assistant Attorney General, 1525 Sherman Street, 5`b Floor, Denver, CO 80203, FAX # <br />(303) 866-5395. The Board will resolve arty issues regarding the form of the order. This process does not affect <br />your right to request reconsideration by the Board or appeal the substance of the order. <br />Please contact the Board's secretary, Ms. Glenda W illiams, at the DRMS Denver Office, telephone 303-866-3929, to <br />confirm the specific date for the heazing. The Boazd's agenda may not be fmalized prior to the week of the Board <br />meeting. Therefore, we recommend that you contact Ms. Williamson Monday, February 12, 2007 before the Board <br />meeting date.
