The AVS svstem shows Peabodv as shareholder of the Seneca <br />Coal Companv, The AVS needs to be changed. Since the AVS is not locked for <br />the Seneca Coal Company, the Division can make the chances. However, before <br />the chanties can be made, Seneca would need to submit official company <br />documentation to the Division that Peabodv is the sole owner of the Seneca Coal <br />Company. A second approach would be for Seneca to contact OSM-AVS directly <br />so that OSIvt could make the changes in the svstem. <br />In the fist of officers and directors that had been sztbmitted for the Interior <br />Holdings Corporation, Frank NI. Castora is end dated as Assistant Treasurer on <br />1/31/98. However, in AYS, he is not end dated. If Frank NI. Castora no longer <br />holds that position for that company, please state this fact and the date of <br />termination on official company letterhead. Becazsse AYS is locked for the Interior <br />Holdings Corporation, the State can not revise any entries for this company. <br />Therefore, please send the termination information to OShI--AYS so that they can <br />update AYS; <br />This issue has been resolved. Seneca's submittal was correct and it was the AVS <br />that needed to be updated. Seneca submitted resignation information to OSM- <br />AVS and the system was updated. <br />4. In AYS and in the list of officers and directors that had been sztbmitted for the <br />Peabody Holding Company, George J. Holtivay is end dated on 6J1 X198 for the <br />position of vice president but, in a separate entry, is also beginning dated on <br />6/1 x/98, with no end date, for vice president. Please explain. Also, please provide <br />official confirmation on company letterhead of the termination and the termination <br />date so that AYS can be updated; <br />The Division has no further concerns. George J. Holway was end dated as VP on <br />6/15/98 and reinstated as VP, CFO and Director on 6/1/98. Peabody found it <br />more convenient to do it this way. Mr. Holway vas end dated as Director on <br />10/13/98. Seneca revised their submittal to reflect this. <br />
