~~ <br />-~- <br />~~ <br />Loukonen shall CEASE AND DESIST from further disturbance, except for <br />reclamation, of the area outside the currently permitted 9.9 acres. <br />Loukonen shall comply with the followins CORRECTNE ACTION: <br />Submit a completed 112 conversion application, which must include at a minimum all the <br />disturbed areas within and outside the existing approved permit area, by May 21, 1999. <br />Secure an approved Construction Material 112 permit by August 19, 1999, if no objections <br />are received, or by September 20, 1999, if objections are received. <br />• Post an adequate performance warranty within sixty (60) days of application approval. <br />4. .Loukonen is hereby assessed a CNIL PENALTY of $1000.00 per day for 59 days <br />of violation,totaling $59,000.OO,pursuantto Section 34-32.5-123(2), C.R.S., and $37.93 per <br />hour for 10 hours of staff time, pursuant to Section 34-32.5-123(4). Of the civil penalty, all but <br />$1,379.30 is suspended pending compliance with the corrective action outlined above.
