All comment <br />and review periods began on November 25, 2003. T'he decision date for your application is scheduled for December <br />26, 2003. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice to <br />all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of <br />lands that aze within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within ten (10) days after submittal. <br />You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail - Retum Receipt Requested, to the Division <br />of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date.
