These costs must be included. <br />F. Facilities <br />It has been the Division's experience that most buildings and facilities cannot be <br />removed for the salvage value. Unless the applicant can demonstrate the salvage <br />value, demolition costs must be included. Demolition costs are based on the <br />volume (square footage) of each building and linear and width dimensions of <br />conveyors. This information is needed to calculate the costs. <br />The application includes S12,000.00 to break up and bury foundations. Will these <br />foundations be buried in place or transported? If they are Vansported where will <br />they be disposed ofl Also, the depth of burial, source of cover material, etc., are <br />needed. <br />All foundation measurements are needed such as depth, width and length and any <br />special construction details such as heavy rebar are also needed. <br />Costs for the demolition and reclamation of the Carlton Mill Building are also <br />needed. <br />G. Additjonal Costs <br />Two other costs must he added: <br />1. Equipment mobilization/demobilization <br />2. Indirect costs including contractors overhead and profit, contract preparation <br />fees, project management expenses, etc. Indirect costs usually range from <br />17% to 19% of the total direct costs. <br />XVIII.
