i <br />RECLAMATION COSTS (AMENDED AND REVISED 4/BS) <br />Illllllllll11111111 <br />EXHIBIT L <br />The mining of two minerals from the same lease but from <br />different areas will change substantially the maximum area disturbed <br />at the moment of greatest disturbance. The operator anticipates <br />that time will occur when clay mining in Stage I is completed and <br />when half of the sand and gravel in Stage C has been removed. <br />When Stage I is completed the mined area requiring reclamation <br />will total 4.91 acres +/- and recontouring will be needed on 3.46 <br />acres +/-. When mining in Stage C is 50 percent complete, <br />10.74 acres +/- will require reclamation. The 3.46 acres +/- in <br />stage I is in the 10.74 acres +/- needing revegetation in Stage C. <br />In Stage D overburden stripped to facilitate clay mining will be <br />stockpiled on 5.00 acres +/-. Thus a total of 20.65 acres +/- will <br />have to be resoiled and reseeded.
