PUBLIC NOTICE <br />MINREC, INC., 2768 Compass Drive, Suite 101, Grand Junction, CO <br />81506, has submitted an application for a Technical Revision to <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology, "Division", for its mining <br />permit No. C-81-047. The proposed revision provides for the <br />monitoring of bench piezometer P-6 to be discontinued. The Blue <br />Ribbon Mine is located seven miles northeast of Paonia, CO, north <br />of Highway 133, Section 2 T 13 S, R 91 W, and Section 35 T 12 S, R <br />91 w. The location of the permit area is contained in the U.S. <br />Geological Survey 7.5 minute Bowie, Colorado, quadrangle map. A <br />copy of the proposed technical revision is available for public <br />inspection at the Delta County Clerk and Recorder's Office, 5th and <br />Palmer, Delta, CO and at the offices of the Division.
