The remedial a~Kiun required by this NOV incluJes seeding, <br />mulching, and soil stabilization activities as approved by the Division. <br />EFMC proposes w drill seed a weer crop of forage sorghum at a rate of 10 Ib/ acre on loll areas <br />referenced un the NOV. All seeding will be dune with a rangeland Jrill, working along ~cuntuur w the <br />extent possible, without application of mulch. <br />EFMC wncurs with the Division and the SCS that there may be tuu great of risk to seeJ and mulch <br />the approved permanent seed mix at this time. We will plant the permanent seed mixture un ur about <br />O~Kuber I5, 1995. <br />7n addition to the seeding, EFMC will mitigate the riling which has recently uccuned at the site. Rill <br />repair will consist of regrading, straw bale placement, and/ or cutting shallow contour f rruws.
