This notice
complies with the requirements of Rule 1.62, and there do not appear to
be any outstanding problems with interim site stabilization under our
performance standards. Therefore, I have placed a notice of our receipt
of your temporary cessation notice in the back of the February 21-22, 1990
Board meeting agenda and have notified Mineral County of your proposed action.
Therefore, unless the Board has some question concerning your notice of
temporary cessation, you may presume that your five-year temporary cessation
period is in effect as of December 1, 1989. Except for Limited Impact (110)
operations, annual reports and fees will continue to be required to be
submitted on or before the permit anniversary date each year.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
~~~
Mi~ J.
