Per our telephone conversation on Friday,
February 5, 1993, you clarified that the status and the
due dates of those stipulations I had questioned in MCC's
Stipulation Numbers 44 and 45 responses technical revision
I/''}~(TR~ ), could be handled in the decision document for TR
"1 and in letters to your stipulation files and need not
be corrected on this document.
You should be aware that MCC plans to mine in the
Minnesota Creek drainage during the current permit term.
Presently, evaluations of mine plans and of the
adjudicated augmentation plan are underway. Based on
these evaluations, the permit and adjudicated augmentation
plan may need to be amended differently than what is
currently stipulated.
Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have
questions.
Sincerely,
Kathleen G.
