Could you please send to our office some sort of document that
we can present to the Colorado Bank and Trust Company to demonstrate
that its prior letter of credit in the amount of $1,600.00 has been
replaced by the new letter of credit #AC-1 of the First State Bank
of Hotchkiss, and that the Colorado Bank and Trust Company is released
of further obligation on its letter of credit.
Thank you very much for your prompt attention.
Sincerely yours,
FAIRLAMB AND
FAIRLAMB /
Philip C.
