(Basin Resources) respectfully submits this Brief in Response to <br />Plaintiffs Application for Temporary Relief. The Plaintiffs in this matter have requested an <br />order from this court granting them temporar}~ relief from an interlocutory order of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board (the Board).
