Long <br />Dmitinn Direuor <br />RE: Hwy 291 Pit, Buena Vista Pit and Main Plant Pit (Permit Nos M-77-195, M-77-196 and M- <br />77-197) Extension of corrective action dates <br />Deaz Mr. Barnhart: <br />The Division has received a letter from Gary Reed, representing Hazd Rock Paving and Redi- <br />Mix, Inc., indicating that you are to be considered as agent for that company in dealing with the <br />various compliance issues resulting from the Division's inspection of the above referenced sites <br />on September 10, 1998. The Diivision further understands, both from letters you have provided <br />and from telephone conversation with you this date, that you are requesting an extension of the <br />November 1, 1998 dates set by the Divsion for correcting certain of the compliance issues <br />identified during the September ]0, 1998 inspections. <br />The Division is agreeable to the following extensions: <br />Highway 291 Pit (Permit M-77-195): The corrective action date for Compliance Problem <br />1 is extended to January 1, 1999. <br />Buena Vista Pit (Permit M-77-196): The cotrective action dates for Compliance Problems <br />1 and 2 aze extended to December 1. 1998. <br />Main Plant Pit (Permit M-77-197): The corrective action date for Compliance Problem <br />is extended to December 1, 1998. <br />
