Within this time frame, Flow and field parameters will be
measured twelve (12) times an four (4) full suite analyses will be conducted.". Instead TCC sampled these sites quarterly.
Steve said that he understood that TR-35 had changed the sampling schedule and Rick had told him in June when Steve
took over the sampling that the Table A in the permit was in error and Steve should sample the mentioned sites quarterly.
I reminded Steve that the table A approved in TR-35 (rev.4111/00) is the approved sampling program. If Rick had
questions about the sampling schedule as stated in the approved page, he should have contacted the Division. Steve
admitted that he had just started the water sampling in June, so he followed Rick's direction. He is also sampling this way
for the 2001 water year.
I told him I would talk with Kenton if we want him to continue on the quarterly sampling or revert back to the approved
schedule.
