I a8,ree with part of the letter from the attorney for the applicant and <br />disagree with other parts. <br />Basically, it is correct that a lawsuit against the Property Qwners was <br />filed in late December, 2002 in order to establish an casemenr on the property <br />owned by Mr. Paul Chacon and Mr. llaniel Chacon.
