A <br />portion of the property so transferred is subject to Permit No. <br />M-77-098 for the Sievers Pit. Sievers Ranch and Development <br />Company is the named permittee under said permit. <br />As attorneys for Aspen Glen Golf Partners, Ltd., we now wish <br />to process and complete a transfer of said permit to the present <br />property owner, Aspen Glen Golf Partners, Ltd. We have therefore <br />enclosed the following: <br />1. A "Transfer of Permit and Succession of Operators" <br />application form, containing the notarized signatures of both the <br />current permittee and the successor permittee. <br />2. A "Performance Warran*_y" ferm bearieg the or.iainal <br />notarized signature of the successor permittee. <br />3. Our check in the amount of $100.00 as and for the <br />application fee. <br />The final requirement in the ordinary "Transfer of Permit" <br />application is a replacement financial warranty. However, as we <br />have discussed, the financial warranty for this permit is provided <br />by Western Northern Mobile, Inc., pursuant to a lease agreement <br />between the landowner and that company. From discussions with <br />K. R. Weatherly, Western Mobile's manager at the permit site, it is <br />our understanding that Western Mobile is self-bonding and that the <br />financial warranty for this permit is presently in the amount of <br />$116,100.00.
