The information is now being processed as Minor Revision No. 8, and the minor revision <br />has been assigned an incomplete status. <br />The following information remains tmresolved: <br />We understand that Chris Reed, James Mezo and Dale Rose are President, Vice President and <br />Secretary Treasurer, respectively, of Falcon Energy. Existing records additionally indicate that <br />these same individuals also serve as "Acting Directors" of Falcon Energy. <br />Please confirm or deny that these individuals serve as "Acting Directors" or "Directors" in <br />addition to the above-listed titles. If the individuals are "Directors," please add these titles to <br />the revised page submittal. [f these individuals aze no longer "Directors," please provide <br />specific dates upon which each of the individuals ceased being a "Director" or "Acting <br />Director" of Falcon Energy, and provide documentation of the termination. <br />2. Chris Reed, James Mezo, Dale Rose and Jack Barton are previously shown to be shareholders <br />in Falcon Energy. Please confirm or deny this information. If these individuals are still <br />shareholders in Falcon Energy, please revise the submitted information to state that the <br />individuals are Falcon Energy shareholders, and include the percentage holdings for each <br />individual. If these individuals no longer hold shares in Falcon Energy, provide end dates and <br />documentation of termination of their shareholder status.
