Material from these windrowed piles had fallen onto the road and into <br />the ditch directly below the cutslope. <br />The inspector may have confused the verbal commitments for the temporary pipe (per the <br />previous NOV) with the commitment to submit a minor revision for this work. This minor <br />revision was faxed to the Division the next business day (July 14th) and a hard copy received on <br />July 15th. In any event, MCC did not conduct any additional work on the MSB cut slope, even <br />prior to the inspection when MCC had inquired with the Division (on or about June 23rd) <br />whether or not a revision would be needed to utilize the excess subsoil generated from the cut <br />slope repair, to extend the MSB to the east.
