The Barkers admit that since July 14, 2003, Empire has had no <br />right to enter onto their lands for any purpose, and admit that they have <br />communicated to Empire that any such entry would be regarded as trespass; the <br />Barkers lack the information to admit or deny the other allegations of Paragraph <br />18 of the Complaint. <br />19.
